The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth for this event.

 1) The Western States Wild Horse and Burro Expo and the Reno Livestock Events Center, including agents, volunteers, and/or employees, and the owner or Exhibitor, including Parents, and/or legal representatives, herein called "Exhibitor", agree the WSWHBE will in no Case be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to the person, animals or property regardless of how such loss, damage, or injury occurred. The WSWHBE and the Exhibitor further agrees the Exhibitor will protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the WSWHBE from any and all claims, suits, and/or judgments (including the cost of defense of any such claims and or suites by the WSWHBE brought by anyone as a result of any loss, damage, or injury to any person, animal or property occasioned by an action or inaction of the Exhibitor, either solely or in conjunction with the WSWHBE or anyone else. The WSWHBE assumes no responsibility for the correctness of any description given in the Premium list or Rule Book. The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth for this event.

 2) I hereby represent and agree that in the event the entry or entries hereby made for and on behalf of an exhibitor under the age of 18 years, I am one of the parents and/or duly appointed legal guardian of such minor, and I further represent and agree that in the event the entry is made on behalf of another person other than a minor under the age of 18 years, I have full authority and privilege from such other person to make the entry on behalf of such other person.

 3) I hereby represent and guarantee that all information provided to the WSWHBE is accurate and truthful wherein representing the parentage of the animal(s) entered, especially in the case of Appendix Mustangs.

 A SEPARATE ENTRY FORM MUST BE USED FOR EACH EXHIBITOR (RIDER) ENTERED. Each animal/exhibitor (rider) combination will receive their own number. A copy of the adoption agreement or title from whatever agency the animal was adopted from must be attached to each entry form for formerly wild mustangs, mules or burros entered in those classes for those particular animals.

 PROOF FOR NON-FREEZE-BRANDED, RANGE BRED ANIMALS:  Submit a photocopy of the formerly wild mustang dam's (the mother of the range bred horse being entered in the show) title and capture data documents which will give her capture date, along with a photo of the mother and range bred foal together in captivity, and also the foal's birth date for identification purposes to determine that the mare was bred in the wild and had the foal within one year of being captured.

 APPENDIX MUSTANG: PROOF OF CAPTIVE-BRED FULL AND 1/2-MUSTANG (Appendix) PARENTAGE: Attach documentation to prove wild origin of at least one parent. This can be a copy of the mustang parents' title, a photo of the wild-origin mare/jennet with your foal before weaning if it is available. If dam's title is no longer available (due to being sold, etc.), contact Show Committee for agreeable ways to prove origin.

 FOR PURPOSES OF ALLOWING RANGE BRED, NON-FREEZE BRANDED AND 1/2-MUSTANGS, MULES AND BURROS (APPENDIX) IN THE SHOW, the management to a certain degree is proceeding on the "honor system" whereby we must trust people to be honest regarding the animal they are showing. ANYONE FOUND TO BE ENTERING, OR HAVING SHOWN, "A RINGER", an animal that has no connection to being a mustang or appendix (part) mustang (i.e. an Arabian, Quarter Horse, Morgan, grade, etc) WILL BE BANNED IMMEDIATELY UPON DISCOVERY AND FROM ANY & ALL FUTURE WSWHBE SHOWS!

PROOF OF AGE FOR YOUTH/JUNIORS AGE 17 AND UNDER MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE ENTRY FORM.
